Utilizing the services of a Wellness Coach is most effective when there is an agreement for continual coaching which provides the client with the greatest success to achieving lasting change. It is generally best that a client's initial agreement last approximately 3-4 months. Subsequent agreements can be common depending upon how much change the client is seeking.
Wellness Coaching Foundation Session (2 hrs) ................$50.00
All clients begin with an initial Wellness Coaching Foundation Session. The Foundation Session is a two hour appointment where the coach and client review the client's current life/wellness status, the coach helps the client identify areas where change is desired, and initial goals are set. Prior to the Foundation Session the client completes a Wellness Mapping Welcome Packet which helps them to provide basic wellness information to the coach and aids the client in beginning to identify what areas they are ready, willing, and able to begin change.
Follow-Up Coaching Session (1 hr) ................................$30.00
Generally it is best for clients to see their coach for weekly follow-ups during the first month of coaching, then the schedule can be relaxed to every other week. However, for some a weekly appointment can be more stressful than the benefits gained. But at the very minimum bi-weekly appointments should occur during the initial agreement.
